About Katherine Benson, CRNP, MSN, PMHNP-BC

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 13 years of nursing experience and more than 6 years in psychiatry-mental health. A graduate of the Arnot Ogden Regional Medical Center School of Nursing, Pennsylvania College of Technology, and Wilkes University, I completed my advanced training at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, PA.

At my practice, Oasis Telepsychiatry, LLC, I provide care for adults ages 18–65 years, with a special focus on ADHD, anxiety, and mood disorders. My hybrid practice offers convenient telehealth visits across Pennsylvania and New York, with the option of select in-person appointments at the Pine Creek Valley Wellness Center in Avis, PA.

Blending medication management with integrative and functional psychiatry, holistic strategies such as nutrition, lifestyle changes, and evidence-based supplements, when indicated. This balanced approach helps to ensure that we address the root causes of mental health challenges, not just the symptoms. I create personalized treatment plans that honor the connection between mind, body, and lifestyle.
